Huge shoutout to Misty ! She has been so understanding with us with our mattress payments ! Everytime we give her a call to make a payment she always has a positive attitude no matter what , or if i have to call to ask a question on billing she always gets us taken care of ! She has really helped us and encouraged us to keep on getting our payments paid on time. Her energy over the phone and in person really shows how much she truly cares and goes out of her way for her customers ! Thank You Misty!
Every time I go to Cleeks it’s such an inviting environment! Misty and Dennis are always so happy to see me and it makes me want to return again! Liz and Norma were both so helpful in finding the right computer. Donald and Johnny were also very eager to help wrap it up and load in my car for me! I’d say this is a very great team I always love when I find myself talking to them especially Misty she is so funny!
The Cleeks here in Mexico has been nothing less then helpful to me. Every time I call with either a problem, concern, or even just to inquire they always make sure im taken care of. The staff is pretty sweet, they make me feel comfortable talking to them. They have been understanding of me working overnight and usually. remember that information so they work around my schedule. I have a pretty fair price for what I ordered. Which is surprising. 10 out of 10 would recommend 👍🏽👏🏽👌🏽. MISTY IS AMAZING. She makes me feel spoiled. She most definitely gets anything Ive needed from her and some. Her whole team has gone above and beyond for me. Nothing but grateful for her team.
Great washer and dryer, perfect condition. John was very professional with his installation of them and made sure all was working perfect before leaving. Great overall experience!
Amazing experience! Liz came up to me in the parking lot and showed me a few couches and we fell in love with the red one. Donald and Liz delivered it and it was so wonderful! Love the couch! Will come back when we need anything else!
Had a great experience at Cleeks. Liz did an awesome job picking out my washer and dryer and the guys John and Donald did a great job delivering! Misty did great as well when I came back in for a chair. Very pleased. Kelly was kind and respectful during chair delivery
We had such a great experience at Cleek’s Home Furnishings! From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel welcome and taken care of. Misty, Liz, and Norma were all absolutely wonderful to work with. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. They answered every question, offered great suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. It’s not often you find customer service like this anymore, and it really made the whole experience enjoyable. If you’re looking for quality furniture and a team that genuinely cares, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Misty, Liz, or Norma—you won’t be disappointed!
Very professional respectful and all around fun, they joked with us, laughed and played with our new kitty cat. The set up was fantastic, they asked us questions so they didn’t place our items in the wrong spot. This was actually the best experience thus far
