Tori and Connor are very nice always willing to help and make life easier on things you rent from them always willing to help in anyway they can this is the best store I've rented from I'm so glad they opened this store up in kirksville thanks so much to Tori and Connor for everything

I am not a customer of rent one and will never be. I have been charged 200.00 and then 300.00 for items that I never rented. The 1st time it happened they were supposed to remove the card information and of course they didn't so therefore the 2nd transaction happened. Again I sit and wait around broke till they decide to refund my money. They ain't got no problem taking it but they sure have an issue with giving it back even though it's an unauthorized transaction. They always seem to have a bug in there system. All they say is sorry. Well tell that to my hungry family and to my job cause I have no gas to get there or the bills that come due. Thank you rent one. Your absolutely good at robbing people. You ain't even worth a star.
