Spent over 2000$ in cash here, they delivered my dresser and broke my door frame on my house, and scratched the crap out of the dresser, was told it wasn’t there issue. Will be contacting the higher ups. Absolutely ridiculous.

Called them and a woman answered and said they did not have any there but said she could order it and was very nice and friendly

I had major miscommunication for the computer that I got from them. The prices are high, price of convenience. I'm sending my computer back and setting back what I would have spent on a RAC payment and buy a PC outright.

Louis helped me quite a bit, was very attentive to the details of the piece of furniture I was looking for, and was able to offer a solution that I wouldn't have been able to find on my own. I'm a firm believer in 'staffing makes the store' and I think Jefferson City is doing well based on my experience!
