Rude and unprofessional employees... Absolutely unreasonable delivery times and they refuse to let you pick up. The website claims first week for $10 and the manager proceeds to tell me that was just the reserve fee and that I needed to make weekly payments before even receiving said products. Just the worst customer service I've experienced and when the manager was told so she proceeded to try and argue with me. We cancelled with these fools and ended up going to Aarons where we got a cheaper weekly rate and the first week is 0.01 and is actually the price of the first week not just some BS reserve fee. Save yourself the trouble and avoid RAC.

I've used RAC for several years at a different location (JC) and never had a problem. I've since moved to the Florissant area, and my washer went out. I did my whole deal online (I could never reach anyone by phone). After trying for several days, I was finally able to reach a woman on the phone, she was not pleasant at all. It appeared that she was burdened by having to do her job. She wasn't helpful with anything. After I did finally gave up communicating with the store, I went online and handled my contract and everything online, I went to the store and picked up my washer myself, I've since called the store a number of times, I never get a person. I finally after weeks of trying got a gentleman to answer the phone twice, I told him I wanted to trade the washer in because it was coming apart at the top (it was shredding the top of the washer tub) and it was tearing up our laundry, he told me that he could get me a top loader without an agitator but it was going to be several weeks. I asked him if he could get one in another store and he said he was going to try and would call me back. I asked if the money that I paid in would go towards the other washer and he said yes it would. Waited several days, no call back. Called again, got the same guy, I told him what he had said and he said oh okay I don't remember, so nobody noted the account, obviously not surprised by this. I told him I was going to bring the washer back in myself since I couldn't get any help. He said he would note if the account. I've kept the washer and here we are several weeks later, I'm unable to reach anyone again. This is a horrible horrible store. The customer service awful

I was one payment late. I already spoke with the store rep about when I’ll be able to make my payment. Since then, I’ve been getting multiple calls from the same store rep about when can I make a payment when we’ve already made the scheduled arrangement. Not only do I make the payment, but I double my payment to get caught back up. I can see if the store wasn’t able to get in contact with me, to consecutively call. But to keep calling me after the arrangements were made is harassment at this point. Never had to deal with this bs before. Normally when I’m late on a bill and I make arrangements, they don’t call me everyday until it’s paid, they wait until the day of or day after, if I didn’t make stick to the agreed schedule. Be my last time renting from them for sure.

Very disappointed. I had an 11:30 appointment, first for the blood drive, I showed up early, and through the window I could see it was all set up, but no one was there. I waited until 11:50, then started calling only to find out it had been cancelled, but no one thought to call donors who had booked appointments. I drove a half hour to then waste ANOTHER hour. Not a good day for the Red Cross, who is otherwise a rockstar in how well they perform their critical mission.

I ordered a sectional from this location several months. Was advised that it would take four to six weeks to deliver the merchandise. It ended up being six months. I never got a call to let me know the couch came in. But I received a email and a text stating that I had bill. I called the office to find what this noticed pertained too. Only to be told I had sections with them. I had to inform the young man that I never received the merchandise and could not remember what is was for? After visiting the store to take a look at the couch. They had the furniture set out. When I requested new merchandise??? Against I called Johnathan back the same Saturday 7/17/21 and advised I would still take the sectional. He scheduled me for this Friday at 3.00pm. I received a call today around 2.30 while the guy was standing on my porch stating that he was there to deliver the couch. I advised the young man I wasn’t expecting the delivery and was on my home. It may take me 30 minutes . The driver said they would wait ( which I did not believe or expect). But since he said out his mouth ok ty. Of course that was not true. They left. I called the store asked if they could deliver the furniture still. T Another guy said it should not be a problem since they still have the merchandise on the truck, but he needed to check with the driver and call me back. He also said that the they only had three stops. They came to my place as mine was the greatest distance. I live on Frost that’s. about-15 minutes. I really liked the sectional and was looking forward to having it in my new home. I even asked if I had a way to pick it. Perhaps I could do that. Although that was a option….. My husband was right I should not have to pick up furniture. And it seems like once I said that. They made sure they would not attempt to do what was right. Where is the customer service? There was no apology from the person who answered the phone. Advised that I don’t want the couch because if that’s how you do service, I don’t need to pay my money to people who have such little regard for the customers. Especially waiting six months and never call.
