0 stars if anything. Highly don’t recommend. Got a BRAND NEW washer and dryer set, and the washer broke within the first couple weeks of having it. The pump in the washer went out, easy and cheap fix that I could have done myself. But instead the washer had to be sent back, looked at, sent to a different state to be fixed, which they also lied about what was wrong with it telling me that the manufacturers completely sealed off the pump so they couldn’t get it out and replace it (I knew that was wrong because I myself seen the pump and could have fixed it myself for 20 so bucks). OVER A MONTH now, I’m still paying for a BRAND NEW washer that I don’t even have, they refuse to lower my bill since they gave me a cheaper, and completely different brand of washer with less options on it compared to the new washer, as a “loaner”, and they can’t even give me a day that my washer will be back. Their customer service absolutely sucks! They do not compromise with you, they just repeat what they say over and over and don’t even pretend to listen or acknowledge what you are trying to explain to them. No reason I should be paying a higher bill for over a month now for a washer that I don’t even have due to them failing to inform me about it being sent off to a different state for a cheap fix I could have done at home. I was told 3 weeks at most it would be gone. It’s now been a month and 1 week without my washer and still no answer about when I will have it back.
My fiance and I went here to try to get a deep freezer all they wanna do is gouge you for your money I mean come on fr was planning to do a down payment then they want more than what was told to you that's called money gouging. Just like rent a center and other place like these here. No thanks
Tried to rent a washer and Dryer set. Was approved online, but needed to take ID to store for verification. Ok so I do that, but then can't get the promotion because its online only. Fine go back online and order tells me could take 5 business days to process. Really? So wait through the weekend. Still processing on Monday so call customer service, I need to verify my identity AGAIN. Get sent to verification department answer 5 questions. ( like what state did I have a fishing license in back in 2012.. seriously, your asking me about something insignificant that happened 13 years ago.) Ask how long the verification process takes this time, get very rudely told i will receive a email with my results. So bout 5 min later get email that they could not verify my identity and my order has been canceled. So 2 weeks later still no washer and dryer even though been approved and physically verified myself... wow ok then went to competitor look online, got approved and w/d delivered in 2 days..so if I could give no stars I would. And now local store keeps calling asking if I still needed them . Nope already been taken care of, so thanks for wasting my time.
The best place to go is Aaron’s in Cuba Mo. You keep up your end of the agreement and they will bend over backwards for you. I have been doing business with them for 20 years. Julie and her staff are awesome. They have never failed to meet my needs with the utmost respect. Seems like I can’t even turn around and they are here to meet my every need. ***This Review has been edited to reflect the changes made to Problem Areas such as selection and Customer Service*** From having the relatives visit and needing an extra bed for a week or two to needing a Freezer because the old one went out and money is a bit tight right now, People have lots of reasons why they would rather rent furniture and Appliances. Aaron's offered a good selection of new and previously leased furniture, TVs, Appliances and more. If you absolutely cannot find what you are looking for, they also have a website with a larger selection. They do not do Credit Checks, but you have to list a few references and fill out an extensive questionnaire before you can sign your financing agreement. Delivery is usually the next day or sometimes even the same day. They also honor their extended Service Plans. If something goes out, they will bring you a loaner until your item can be fixed or replaced. Over the years we've pretty much furnished our entire House with items from Aaron's and if you pay as agreed, it's not more expensive than buying from a "regular" furniture store. The customer Service, which was a problem previously has gotten much better and the Selection is larger now that the Store has been remodeled.
