I said I will never rent furniture, I was in need of a living set I decided one day on my way to work to take a look in Bestway Rent To Own. soon after walking in the door I was treated with best customer service.reps. Once looking around, I saw a beautiful living room set, not only did I see the living room set, my eyes laid upon a beautiful bedroom set, the rep taking care of me said to me I got gotcha if you decide to rented both sets, at that very moment I decided to rent both living and bed room sets. The rep that help me made pricing well within my budget, he knew how much I wanted both sets. I wish I could remember his name, he made sure I was very happy and well pleased, I am loving and enjoying made by Ashley living room and king size bedroom set, Thanks to the sale rep and Bestway Rent To Own for meeting all my needs..

The manager was unprofessional, discourteous, and argumentative during our interactions. I’m a new customer and the customer service was great! My delivery was on time and everything was set up perfectly! Ms. Kim was very professional and nice. Joel very professional even the delivery guys were cool and professional especially Leonard! I highly recommend!

Let me begin to say this Bestway is the best place to rent all your household needs bc they have the best prices and most of all they have the best customer service and best workers but mostly ms.kim she’s the best manager ever ..she’s goes beyond for her customer. She makes sure we are well taken care of by her employers and she always checking to make sure we are happy or having any problems with payments or getting them in . She’s awesome!!!!
