My washer has been in the shop twice and is still not working right the same issue nothing is being done just been told to turn the know to a different cycle still does not work and I've been told it will not be able to go back to the shop. Yes its almost paid for but still nothing is being done i have already sent emails about this matter and still nothing!!! This is bad business

They hang up on you in mid sentence, so rude. Told me what they did with my account without asking my name or anything and I called from a different phone number, too. Incredibly disrespectful and racist.

Everything was great until the washer was delivered! I was told they couldn't install it! I say why when I tried to use it It sounded like a freight train running thru my house !Never again! Oh the Manger Manager was really nice !! The 2 stars are for her

I was really needing a washer and dryer and during their online black friday sale, I decided to purchase a set. I got approved and set a delivery date. The day before delivery I get a phone call that I missed. I immediately call back and the person who answers has no idea why I was called. I explain I have an online order that I think it may pertain to and I'm just wondering if it will still be delivered the next day. He assures me it will. That next morning I call and ask what time the delivery will be and they tell me between 3 and 5. I wait and it's never delivered. I call again and they say they'll deliver the following Monday but that I will have to call and REMIND THEM TO DELIVER my order..I call and ask what time it will be delivered and they tell me again between 3 and 5. 4:58pm rolls around and I call once again and am told that they've been trying to reach me for days that I needed to give them my license and work stubs..I've called for days and no one has told me that until now?? I just told the lady to cancel my order. She was very rude from the moment I spoke with her.
