Walked in ready to buy, but the staff was too busy eating lunch and acting annoyed that I interrupted them. Sorry to bother you with my business! Won’t be back as lomg as big lady works there.

The only thing that’s cold around is their customer service. Poor service and the staff were very confrontational. There are dozens of places to do business and this place won’t get mine.

The people in that store are rude. I went in for a bedroom set and I seen one I fell in love with. She had no problem taking my payment for the bedroom set and told it will be delivered the next morning well that didn’t happen at all. I was told they couldn’t deliver it cause they couldn’t get ahold of my job which I explained and that they couldn’t get ahold to my landlord which I explained again, never told another way that they could make it happen until I said I just want a refund and my money back on my card. I was told my money will be returned back to card in 3-4 business days. It’s been a whole week and two days and nothing has been returned back me and I’m not happy at all cause they lied to me. I just want my money returned back to card they not going to keep this payment

Mrs. Shannon in Tupelo is the best ! This lady has came through and looked out for me when I’ve needed her to. The staff is very friendly. 10/10 I recommend!
