Babers was notified to pick up the washer and dryer. It was their choice to wait . They day they picked it up they charged my card for 2 more payments which put me paid in advance for another 3 weeks . Now i have paid 3 weeks up and they have the items. Disputed with my bank so atleast I got that back.
Over and beyond in service and respect. Personal thanks to Jimmy for swapping out a defective washer same day and the store manager for understanding and taking care of clients. Great people. The new guy is top notch solid also.
