I don’t know how i reviewed this place and had given it four stars!?! Because i won’t ever rent from this place and would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!! I paid for a pair a stove an fridge online ($10 i will never see again!!!) an a week later was told i didn’t qualify as a renter because i was paid in cash!!! An the see you next Tuesday i dealt with on the phone i wouldn’t spit on if she was on fire!!! She was beyond rude an just so judgmental!! I could hear it in her tone over the phone! Well Lil girl you wouldn’t be glad to know since then seven months ago i opened an account with babers and it May cost a little more a week but that’s ok with me because Elliot the manager knows me by name an is awesome! I haven’t been late only once that was on my birthday when i was out of town! He appreciates my business and doesn’t make me feel less than, or feel like I’m a nuisance to him!!! Like she did and i never got the ten dollars back from paying to start an account online!! So be careful!!!

Great customer service. My first time dealing with them and they helped me get exactly what I was looking for at a great price. And to top it off, I don’t even have to wait a month for delivery.

The one thing I don’t like is I rented a recliner over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I don’t understand why it is taking so long. Rent a Center was fast and efficient. Was friendly and helpful with all my needs and answered all my questions. I changed to a 5 star. The reason is they have been so patient and have been working with me.

The customer service and support team at RAC are always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When asked a question, if they do not have the answer or if they do not know it to be positively accurate, the team does not give you the "run around". They diligently find the correct answer before conveying a response. Their thoughtfulness is the top quality I consider when choosing with whom to do business. In addition, RAC's pricing is competitive and fair. The leasing agreements are equitable, uncomplicated, and clear. The quality of their merchandise is high-grade for that line of business. They also have a "worry-free" guarantee that protects the customer in the rare instance a product is less than perfect.

I haven’t had to step one foot in the store everything has been handled online which has been very convenient. I love that I don’t have to go in the store to do anything everything can be handled over the internet & over the phone. Also I been paying for an LG washer and dryer for like 2 months and found a cheaper deal so I’m getting to swap mine out an everything I’ve already paid will be put towards the new washer and dryer 💜😁🤩
