Elliot is the absolute rudest manager ever. I'm renting 3 items from the store, was told my bill will be under $190. While I was in the store trying to pay my first bill, I was told it was $240 and Elliott wasn't in the store, so I couldn't get the reason why. While I was, in the store, Elliott called Dakota's cellphone and was yelling at him so loud and cussing him out, that I heard the whole conversation and it wasn't even on speaker phone. The girl at the register was shaking so bad that she was about to have a panic attack. He doesn't just talk to his employees this way, but also proceeded to talk to me this way today. I made a payment of $180, when Jeremy (the store manager over Elliott) calls me tomorrow with the remaining amount, I will go pay the remaining balance. I don't even know how he is still managing this store. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone, go to Aaron's or Rent-A-Center. I'm definitely rethinking my life decisions about using this company.... Then I was threatened today over $7, that they're just going to come get my stuff.... Well, I just made this months payment, so I own it for another month. Elliott is not management material and until he can learn to talk to me respectfully, I'll deal strictly with Jeremy. Anyone else having issues? Better business bureau might want to hear from you too...JS
We got a sound couch, a 65' TV, and a nice TV stand. All were good quality at a good price. The employees are all very nice. We are moving so we did have to send them back due to not having the room to transport them. But Dakota Barber was very helpful with the process. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Me and my Husband Robert Byrd just purchased some furniture and we were super impressed with how well the furniture is and how friendly the staff is. Eliott is the store Manager and he was AWESOME. We are helping remodel my Mom’s house and buy new furniture and appliances. I’m excited to go back and Purchase more.

This place is AMAZING! Elliot (the manager) bent over backwards to make sure we got what we wanted and needed. If there was a six star rating I would assign it to this store. Rented a dryer from here. Didn't come with a power cord. Had to buy my own. But the manager is super rude towards everyone and if your a Christian lady named Kim just know he talked mad trash about you to numerous customers just while I was there paying a bill. Bill was due Saturday. They was closed Sunday and Monday and today is Tuesday and they coming to pick up dryer to non payment even tho we tried to use a card to pay the bill. They said bill was $32 for a week payment and dryer was only $11 a week and refused to tell us why it's $32. This place is trash now that Elliot took it over. Even Josh the driver said it's garbage since Elliot took it over and even competing vendors such as Aaron's and Rent-A-Center is better than babers since Elliott has taken over so that says a lot about that store if the driver is even saying that
They have finally delivered my refrigerator they have been holding and charging me for since June 2, 2022. It is now July 28,2022 and this the condition it was sent back to me left outside. No one called or knocked on my door. This is unprofessional. I shouldn't have to pay for late damaged appliances. After today I will never again do any business with this place. THEY DO NOT DESERVE A SINGLE STAR BUT GOOGLE INSIST ON THIS!
