Wish I could give no stars got a used refrigerator from there asked the stuck up lady at the desk if anything was wrong with it she said everything was working properly got it installed ice maker didn't work at all didn't really care till I found out what I was paying did the math from June of last year I got it I've done paid 1600 and still owed 947 dollars with that money I coulda bought 2 refrigerators took it out my house and sat it in my yard to have them come get it

Went in looking for a new stove and washing machine. Walked in. Nobody in store to greet us. Walked around for 15 mins. No one came out. Eventually left because there didn’t seem to be any employees working. Went Saturday at 4pm.

I signed a rental agreement with them they took my money and refused to honor said agreement. STAY AWAY, they will not get a thin red cent from me..

What happened to the red carpet delivery? My fiancée went to Aaron’s for a washer and dryer. They called three times and asked what dryer prong she had. She explained that it had four prongs. They arrived at our place, but there were no prongs. They said they would bring back the cord, but guess what? The plug didn’t come back , But let a bill go past due. They will bang down our door. The home office really needs to send their Regional staff to do training on red carpet delivery and inventory management. I thought General Manager and Sales Managers are supposed to check the trucks daily for proper tools and supplies
