The store has great customer service Jeremy which is the store manager always extremely nice and it does his best to make sure you get what you want

The management (Jeremy) over there is super sweet and kind. Always willing to help you find what you are looking for without any hesitations. The younger man (Devonte) that does there deliveries is super respectful on top of doing a great job dropping off our new couches and washer/dryer. If you want 100000 percent of customer service and knowing you are being heard and understood this is the place to go!!!!!!! Their assistants (Vic and Tavaris) are always so helpful and kind to everyone that comes in to the store and the younger lady (Elena) is always making sure she calls with any updates on deliveries, deals and any new promotions deals going on. That helped us get our new agreement. She's always so kind and sweet on the phone and in person she's always eager to lend a helping hand. Jeremy's employee's always goes above and beyond for there people. So if you don't know where to go this is the Baber's you want to go to. BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE BEST TEAM AND EMPLOYEES!!!!!!

Jeremy is the best this store and its team is the best. I have been a customer here for 8 to 9 years. They have never done me wrong and Jeremy goes the extra mile to always help me keep and pay off my accounts. When I was in a car accident, I stayed in the hospital a month. They did everything they could to help me and weren’t just concerned with my payment was actually concerned with my well-being. Now I have earned my trust and loyalty with them because I have always paid on time and always talk to them when something comes up so I have built Strong rapport with them. So if you’re a customer that pays on time doesn’t BS and communicates, they will do all that they can to help you keep and pay off your account. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been with many rent to own companies before I found Baber’s. None compare to how I’ve been treated by Baber’s! Jeremy has been excellent. They treat me like family over there! I will not go to another place and do business because they have 100% done good by me and helped me out in a crunch. Jeremy and his team are wonderful people. I would recommend them 100% to anyone and everyone.!

I absolutely love them! Jeremy does so much to help his customers! He wants to see you keep your furniture and will try to do everything he can to help you accomplish keeping and paying off your account. They are a good team at this store by far out of every company and store I have leased or rented from they have been the absolute best!!! Just amazing!!! I have done business with all of the rent to own companies and I won’t go anywhere else only if I move state I will stay with Babers but while here I’m staying with Jeremy’s store, no store no manager has treated me as good as they have!!!
