This is the worst rental company that I have ever dealt with. The customer service is poor and the communication between staff is minimal at most. The manager actually confessed that the employees don't return messages from customers because of certain staff having trouble remembering. Why is it the customers fault that your employees are incapable of doing their job. I have made my payments on time every month for nearly a year sometimes even early. Yet when I have issues with a used dryer that was supposed to be new and a washer as well I can't get any help for over a month yet you expect me to continue to pay for something that I cannot use. No, thank you, yall can absolutely come and pick this mess up. Thank you .

I have never had a problem with Bestway. If I call and ask them if they have a certain product, if not they will get it for me by the next day or the same day.

They are very helpful with any questions or issues I may have. I’ve dealt with the persons at this store for around 3 years and each one of them have been beyond helpful.

Employees were so nice and helpful. I got exactly what I wanted. And they work with you and let you choose the payment date that's best for you. I've been back and also got a washer and dryer..
