They will not replace broken parts during the term of thier lease. So don't believe the salesperson when they say they will. The glass top to my coffee table broke and although the first 6 people I spoke with said they would replace it, and they sent a guy out to measure it, ultimately I spoke to the "sales manager" who refused. This went on over the course of 2 months. So, lousy customers service and cheaply made furniture that is wildly over-priced. I was in a bind when I bought this crap. Go elsewhere if you can. Horrible experience.

Mr Donell that work in the Aaron store in Natchez, Ms is the greatest he have been by my side and I love him for that. Aaron always get my business. Love Aaron

My experience may be different from other customers, but Aaron's is really improving. The warehouse is being kept up-to-date on its inventory, phone calls, and walk-ins are being answered and greeted with hospitality, and there's always a promotional opportunity for customers to take advantage of.

Went in and picked out a living room set on 3/1/2024 it couldn’t be delivered until 3/8/204, that was fine with me. Went home threw out my WHOLE LIVING ROOM anticipating my new one from Aaron’s. The delivery guys were SOO LAZY they didn’t even try to bring the furniture into the house. They got to porch and figured it wouldn’t fit. They put put the furniture back on the truck and said go back to the store and pick out another one. I tried speaking with the manager,(Donell) he refused. I’m also having trouble getting a refund for my first payment…….the customer service is poor and the manager is horrible!! I see why the “team” has failed with cs. Their leader sucks!!

Terrible. I've been an Aaron's customer for years. That stopped today. I got yelled at by the sales manager who clapped as I walked out. I can promise you Aaron's will never get my business again or anyone I know. This is apparently ok with management. The assistant manager witnessed it. Affordable home furnishings is right across the street. My money will definitely go there from now on. They have amazing customer service
