I wouldn’t even give this place one star! They pick and choose who they are willing to be compassionate with if you aren’t certain people, they refuse to help or work with you. Another thing is we went through 4 new stoves in 2 months the first 3 we used once and they went out then the last time the brought us a raggedy loaner that only 3 eyes worked then kept asking us each time we reported that they quit were we operating it correctly like we couldn’t read! Trying to blame us for their products not working then wanting to get an attitude with us because they actually had to come get them and actually do some work along with paperwork! Not to mention when they brought out the loaner stove they brought it with no racks in it in which they said they would bring some the next day a week later they still hadn’t brought them so when they finally brought a set it was the incorrect set. Then we finally told them order us a different type of stove which was actually cheaper than the one we originally wanted but yet our payment never changed! Then we had a family emergency come up and told them we were going to be a little over a week late on our payment they then proceeded to blow our phones up every single day harassing us so we got tired of it and finally quit answering because we told them when we would make the payment so then they just randomly show up at our house with a nasty attitude and completely rude so we let them get their crap even though they knew when we said we were goin to pay and even though when they randomly showed up we were in the process of cooking our baby supper but they continued to want to be rude and arrogant so they got their crap and we will voice to everyone that comes to us not to go to this store because they are inconsiderate and lack compassion unless you a certain type of person!

Tamera & Jasmine are awesome… they saved us with a rental as our washer broke just before we were to move to FL. The guys delivering & picking up the machine were also fantastic. Honest, hard working people…. They actually listen to your problem and then help solve it with you.

amazing staff, I feel at home every time I walk through to the doors. the store manager is extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 customer service. I would definitely recommend visiting baber’s meridian! Go see Tamera at baber’s for all your home furnishing needs
