My husband tried to get a washer and now over 2 weeks later they are saying they can't approve his application when he already has an account and paying on a stove for over a year. This is absolutely ridiculous. After this stove is paid off we will no longer be doing business with them

This store has great items but to get hold of anyone in the phone to take to is a joke. Last 2 months I've tried and I either get their excuse they are having troubles with the phone or it rings an a recording comes on and I get disconnected. This is a pain

I don't hate it, bc it is somewhat convenient when you don't have alot of money up front, but I've found the service to be very rude they talk so fast I can't understand what they say, the prices are ridiculously high, payments seem ok til they add on alot of fees. I've bought many items from them, the appliances break down shortly after paying for it, the furniture is ok, when they replaced my brand new dryer bc it stopped working they gave me a used one dirty and had a broken lent trap, I try not to shop there

The only thing was the girl that processed our wash machine. So very rude never smiled one time she made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her

Customer service is terrible. They DO NOT return phone calls as they proclaim! My girlfriend and I have been playing cat and mouse with the delivery personnel for a week straight. They show up unannounced when no one is home and then call and say they’ll come back at the end of their route. After waiting for 4 hours, we call to only hear they’re done with deliveries for the day and they’ll “try to fit us in” the next day. Poor management and communication skills. I said what I said!!!!
