The manger is really sweet & a very good sells man but it’s a lady i cant really remember her name but she isn’t at all helpful, she didn’t call me ahead of time nor did she schedule a time to drop off my furniture. I left the house for a second & thats when they finally arrived to deliver my furniture i then turned around to come let them in & they were gone when i made it i called to see if they could come back because i literally took 5 minutes at the most to arrive home & She wasn’t helpful at all!! She kept rushing me off the phone & then finally gave me a call back saying they can’t deliver my furniture until Monday from 3-5 which is insane!! I’d then have be paying for furniture that i hadn’t even got yet I asked her will it at least be money off due to me getting it two days later & she very rudely said no as i asked for refund she started to talk over me The furniture is really nice but she’s just a bad look for business still haven’t received my refund.

The manager is very helpful but if he is not there you will get bad customer service. We got a living room set they said would be delivered Saturday no Time. So we call to let them know to call so we can be there. They called when they were on our street no one was home so they said they can't come back to Monday between 3-5.. We jus want a refund.

There is no communication with these employees. I inquired about something I was trying to order and was told "if I have to get involved" which is their job. I am currently looking to take my business elsewhere. I have never been treated so rudely.

I love my salesperson she worked with me tremendously to get what I needed quickly and in a wonderful personality , thank you so much cass but on the other hand after doing business they are very unprofessional once you’ve already started your contract with them, well my my local store does this and will blow your phone up to pay but whenI arrive to pay doors are locked still after 20 mins of supposed to be opened time with 5 workers inside. Not professional
