Will not work with you if you happen to be late and only reason I was late is because they pull out of your account around 5:30am. Check didn’t hit my account until 8 then switched me to monthly payments and had to pay the full month. Told them to come get it and they just said ok no trying or anything. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!!!! And this was my second try with them

I have had nothing but trouble out of them. They let this one lady who I’ve been told is the finance manager or something call people. SHE IS RUDE! Then they tell my husband that we can pay 2 payments next week. (Note: our bill was supposed to be due the 15th. We are supposed to pay monthly. They take payments every 2 weeks!) Anyway this incredibly rude lady calls to inform me even though we have an agreed arrangement to pay THIS COMING UP WEDNESDAY that it will no longer happen. I don’t feel like you should be allowed to make an agreement then decide “ummm never mind”. So unless you wanna be screwed over go literally anywhere else!

Shatonjral did a phenomenal job helping me setup and furnish my new home and a reasonable price. She was extremely helpful and hospitable. Definitely recommend her for all your needs. Don’t feel discouraged, she’ll make it happen🤙🏾

We rent a 42 riding mower Thursday ask to make sure they had them in store was told yes they are boxed up in the back .said it would be delivered that day after we pay was told won't be till Friday it was delivered . that it had to come from the warehouse so was lied to from the get . agreed to wait till Friday told them my husband had to be at work at 4. On Friday they said not problem .by 3 today he call they he was still set for delivery .I called at 6 cause it's still not here they said it was to be delivered on Saturday and Robert Laird had not called them today .I was sitting by him when he called heard the call .said they call him at work I told them he can't take calls at work so I'm told they werill not delivered till Saturday .and he has to be home to sign paperwork . it's been one lie after another ask if Robert could cancel it he yes takes up a month to post our money back and hangs up on me .
