Just paid off my TV through them and currently paying on a stackable. Ever since Quinton no longer works there, I have had nothing but rude people calling me. Telling me "don't you know your payment is due on [date]". Yes and when you call the message literally says you'll work with us if we're late on our payments. Times are tough right now, but we still make our payments when we're able to. I won't be getting anything else through this store/location. They lost a loyal customer due to horrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

All Three Ladies treated my fiance and I like family. We will definitely be back. To the Aaron's in Long Beach Mississippi. They all have great customer service. I will never go back to the one in Gulfport Mississippi.

I called this store on Saturday 4-18-26 at12:01pm waited on hold 15 minutes before hanging up and again at 12:16pm inquiring about the used mowers they had out front. Sales rep Phillip answered both times and said let me walk out and get the stock number off of it, waited again and when he came back I was quoted a price of 1274.00. I get to the store which took approx 30 minutes from Saucier, MS area, walk into the store tell them why I was there and Trina asked did he give me a price on the mower I said yes and told her what I was quoted by Phillip. Her response was I know he didn’t, we walk back in the store after looking at the mower and she ask him about it and he said yes I told him what I saw in the computer. They fiddled around on the computer a few minutes talking amongst themselves and then he stated “come down here let me give you the real or correct price” can’t remember his exact word. That struck a nerve because I could sense attitude in that statement. I advised him I drove here because you already gave me a price on the used mowers. Which online they are no prices on the used mowers just says up to 50% off used lawn mowers. Trina then stated they will not honor that price he didn’t give me the right price it was 4799 I believe she said. The mower condition is far less than a fair condition but would work for what I needed after repairs to bring up to par. (Parts missing, tire on flat, scratches and damages are evident) I do have pictures the mower and also recording of our conversations, being in management over the years I have learned to record meetings/conversations when speaking to people one on one so there is no he say she say involved. There was one lady who was very polite also apologized for the situation but Trina advised her not to give out her name to customer's so I said ok thumbed up and left it alone. Could sense her attitude as well even as she discussed the customer before me business out loud right in front of me. I don’t think she should discuss another customer personal business about a repo and payment history out in the open like that after he and his wife walked out but that’s another story. Trina nor Phillip ever said I apologize we made a mistake (if the price is wrong) what or can we do anything to make it right? Just we not doing that, but looking at the condition of the mower it was not worth what they are asking for it. I don’t feel I was treated like a customer and also feel like I was lied to in order to get me there. She said Phillip didn’t know what he was talking about. I asked her well isn’t that a training issue? She stated he wasn’t trained, so I asked did he just walk in? She said yes, well in my opinion, that’s an Aaron’s issue then for not training employees or letting people walk in right off the street without product training. I feel like I was being misled to get me there, especially with the statement being made of let me give you the real/correct price.

They just ruined my superbowl get together! First of all, I went and leased a Bluetooth stereo and it was never delivered neither was I called and I ended up having to call them and picking it up just over a week ago. I ordered the Tv before I got the stereo so, I called last week about the Tv was told that it’ll be delivered to the store on 2/2. Nobody ever called to tell me that the tv was there I called them again and was told that they had it and that it’ll be delivered on today by 6. Mind you they close at 6pm on Saturdays so I called them 45 minutes before closing only to be told that I wouldn’t get the tv because the driver is gone for today! So now I just wasted a $200 on food for a damn superbowl party for absolutely nothing! This superbowl party was in remembrance of my father who passed away 9 months ago who was a diehard fan. Pissed isn’t even the word to describe my got damn frustration! But I bet as soon as I would’ve been late they would’ve had plenty of communication then! Absolutely my feelings are about hurt money wasted and a day RUINED 😢😢

I’ll never do business here again. Did online order everything filled out correctly. They called me and asked questions that had nothing to do with me and denied me. Saying I answered all the questions wrong. Waste of my time. I really needed a washer/dryer and still don’t have em.
I was searching for a mattress for a bed that we purchased and Aaron's was the only place that I was able to find one that matched our needs. The service and the payment plan was above and beyond what I expected.
