The guys that delivered my bed was nice and respectful. And I had a problem with my bed and they solve it and gave me the best care possible. The manger at the store in very nice and work thing out with kindness and helpfulness. Thank you all for everything.

Went in contracted for a washer dryer set on the 1st... went home Saturday with it and the dryer wouldn't get hot, waited a whole week to receive yet another that didn't work and was told before it was delivered that it was tested this is and was a lie! Here it is the 11th. I call to speak with the manager and was told he would be in at 12 today. Called at 330 was told he was on lunch and takes a hour lunch. While no one can handle this issue but him. My electrician tested everything and the proper voltage is getting to the dryers I demand now either a brand new set ordered from the company or refund me my $113 I put down because as of now I have spent on top of the 113.00 another 25 in drying clothes and blankets. I take care of my bed ridden dady who is a veteran and I can't be running to a wasateria everyday. Awful customer service and satisfaction. Electrical tape all wrapped around the wires means this dryer has had issues.

I've not had 1 issue. I've so far purchased a Living Room Suit, Stove and now a new refrigerator. They have been extremely helpful in making my family comfortable and meeting all of our needs. I will not purchase from anywhere else.

It started out bad. I went to store 4 times to try and get my furniture. The store was poorly run by the general manager. I finally got the service I was expecting when the new GM handled my order and I got exactly what I wanted and paid. Waiting on my furniture to arrive on Tuesday of this week. Bobby and Stephanie were a pleasure to work with.

My experience with RAC was superb. The displays were wonderful, the staff went above and beyond to assist from the moment I walked in the door. Everything was so clean and well organized. The process was handled in a timely manner. The deliverers were well groomed, professional and had great manners. My order actually made it ahead of time. Top tier, 5-star service. It is dearly appreciated. Thank you all!
