They were great but it seems like times have changed. Used to if there was something wrong with an item that you were leasing they would send it to be repaired or replace it based on your information but now if they think it's doing fine your words don't matter. Friendly people but the policy has changed or something

I love Aaron's I love Renton from Aaron's they're great I've been written from 10 years or more the great to work with you is there trouble with something you got there they will fix it and if it can't be fixed they will give you another one

You will spend 2-3 times the original price when financing! I had to swap out a sectional because they delivered it damaged! I wanted that sectional!!! I know people have to do what they have to do, but the charges are ridiculous!! Your best bet if you buy from them is to pay the balance asap to avoid paying their outrageous interest and fee's.

Wasted 2-3 weeks of my time after paying down on my bedroom suite, on delivery date, I was told I couldn’t get it because they couldn’t get in touch with me, but they were keeping in touch, so I highly dis recommend this place to rent! I was told before that the set would be hard to get into my apartment which was upstairs, so I believe they just punked out last minute 😒. It was very unprofessional to switch up last minute over a small mistake, I could’ve put down another number!

I've never rented anything from Aaron's. But I've been in there a couple times browsing. As soon as I would walk in, I'd immediately be greeted by an associate. The place was clean and organized each time I was in there.
