Bestway Rent To Own

So I went in store in July and purchased a bed set w/ mattress asked could I get a new mattress so the person I purchased from said yes which was the owner the guy that work there. So I done had this set for a few months I go to take the mattress cover off to wash it and the mattress already look like this smh. Ain’t no way I would have spent my hard earn money on anything that look like this. You are dead wrong for renting/bringing this out to anyone. I would never purchase/rent anything else from them.

I purchased a washer and dryer and after having it for two weeks I noticed it wasn't speeding out. I had to wash two times for it to spend out completely. So I reached out to the man who assisted me and he said he would give me a loaner. I waited three weeks never heard anything back,reached back out and he said they didn't have a loaner so he didn't reach back out cause he was waiting. Okay so another week went by called back.A lady answered and said she knew nothing of it and he no longer worked there. She sent a worker out but he didn't leave any feed back.Waited another week while time I am making my payments still. Called her back today 09/19/2025 and she said he didn't inform her on anything. She stated I didn't have much longer to pay but why pay for something that's not working completely.At this time she didn't even offer me another so I said you all can come get it. She said come get it. I said yes. She asked was I at home witch I said yes. She sent them right on. I mean it's money wasted but either way if I would have kept it , paid it off. In my opinion it still would have been money wasted. Very disappointed.

Bestway Rent-to-Own has been an absolute lifesaver! The staff is friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain the payment plans in a way that made sense. I got the furniture I needed without breaking the bank, and the delivery was super quick. The process was easy, flexible, and stress-free. If you need quality stuff and want manageable payments, I definitely recommend checking them out!

This has been a great location to deal with and that General Manager Lisa is friggen awesome! Whoever hired this one deserves an award! Great staff is hard to find and you guys got lucky with Mrs Gibson! Keep up the great work Jackson location!!!

Where should I start? Should I begin from being told that my order would be delivered on a Monday between 3-7 or the fact that I had to call and learn that it wouldn't be delivered, no clarity, no follow up and the customer service was horrible. I went from being told that the store was missing the mattress and frame to finding out the next day, that actually NONE of my items I ordered was in stock. Thank goodness for speaking with Joy and Lisa. Joy was a breath of fresh air and Lisa resolved my concern within 30 minutes. She not only allowed me an opportunity to pick something else out but she made it a point to ensure it got delivered the same day. Her professionalism, empathy and positive attitude allowed me to move forward with my purchase, create what I hope to be a great customer/business relationship but more importantly, a return customer. I also want to say how much I appreciate the one delivery gentleman who was professional, courteous and made every effort to handle my items with care and concern, although he faced challenges, dealing with disrespect, impatience and a very negative, unprofessional NEW coworker; he still made sure the delivery went smoothly and things were done correctly. And I truly appreciate THAT!!
