Horrible customer service. Store manager lacks all customer service skills available. I will never do business with them ever.

Trash. They delivered a used bed to my daughter's with cigarettes burns on the dressers and scratches on. The the foot board. The delivery guy were rude, lazy and thuggish. They came back to pick up the 1st set and to bring a brand new one and threatened to kick my door in about a coat he left in my apt. The Manager told me my daughter ain't no angel he said he was on the phone the entire time, but he upholds them in the crap they did and said. I contacted corporate, but haven't received a response. Don't rent from this company at this location. I tried to tell my daughter who has a very good credit score to go to a real furniture. It would be alot cheaper.

I never received my information packet with warranty for a Samsung Side by Side Refrigerator Freezer. I paid on it for 2 year never received info packet. Paid in Full February, 2024. Account debit March 3, 2024 UNAUTHORIZE. Too much money spent for Bad Service.

They brag and brag that they will finance anyone with good or bad credit. Well, they are liars. I did the application online, then called the Vicksburg MS store, and they were too busy to assist me. The lady said someone would call you back shortly. I've never heard from anyone. Their prices are ridiculous anyway, and I'm glad I got what was needed elsewhere.

I am very please with Aarons. I love the service. I love my washer and dryer and for the payment per month, its a deal. I love the 120 day option to pay off. The store is clean and the employees are awesome!!!
