Adrian is by far the best associate that I have ever dealt with! This RAC store is the best on the coast! I have paid off several items and have gotten all of my products brand new in the box! The store is good about taking care of your needs and wants! Their prices are awesome and they always have sales on pre-owned items! Go by there and check them out! If she don’t have it in the store she will order it for you!
I had rented a Laptop, and the laptop didn’t work when I tried to connect it to the Internet. So I had to go back and they tested the computer and saw that it didn’t work. They quickly switched it out and gave me a new laptop that worked. I have nothing but positive things to say. Of course nothing is perfect, but they are good in my opinion.
Update: I decided to try them again, hoping for a better experience. It was slightly better, but it wasn't the chair I thought it was and they put a RAC Plus plan on my payment plan that wasn't menitoned anywhere in the contract I signed. I found a better recliner and had them come get theirs. Delayed delivery, broken end table, and fresh ruts in the yard… First, I asked for delivery on Monday and the associate said “We can do that.” On Monday, I called to find out the manager supposedly called me Saturday to set up a delivery and I didn’t answer. I have no calls or messages from Saturday. They rescheduled me to Thursday. On Thursday, the delivery truck first stops at the house up the road from me and puts a note in their door. Very convenient for them… almost like they really rescheduled me because they had to come this way on Thursday anyway. As the guy that was walking backward was bringing in my couch he stepped on my end table and broke it. His response was to chuckle and say “broke somethin’” like it was a joke. On the good side it wasn’t valuable but what if it was and he broke it due to his negligence to check his surroundings? Then the truck was stuck in my yard. Now yes, I told them they could back in. But I don’t know better because I drive a little car that when we were moving in got in and out of the yard easily. But they drive this truck for a living. I originally felt bad but after talking with others I agree they should’ve gotten out and walked the yard to see could they back in and not get stuck. They do this every day for a living and should know better. They left ruts in the yard trying to get out and had to call someone to come get them unstuck. The couches are great but the customer service and delivery were awful and it will be my last agreement with this store.
Welll first off let me start off by saying I was a great customer just paid off a couch and washer machine with them they came back and got a game system . I’m 4 days late on my payment which is only $25 and these guys are calling everyone I know . So I call them and ask why they are harassing everyone of $25 that’s bad business right ? I’m a good customer always make my payments and have already previously paid 2 high dollar items off . So the fact that there doing this really blows my mind so anyway the guy says oh well I have a job to do and I was like that’s not doing a job that’s harassment and ridiculous and they shouldn’t be doing that and I told him I’ll be in later to bring it back conversation over right ? Nooo lol he calls me back and threatens to “send his guys over to get it “ lol no I’ll bring it back at my earliest convenience sir considering I have to get my information on the game first . Y’all this was all over $25 payment that’s 4 days late and I had already talked to 2 different people about . Whomever owns this place time too do some firing because the employees behavior is disgusting and y’all just lost a actually good customer that actually pays there stuff off !
Changed to 4 star because appointment for drop off scheduled for 3pm today. It is now 5:26 and they were still not here, however, he did arrive at 5:35 and washer was better than expected and gentlemen was very nice. I did not realize they work alone so I understand now why it took longer. Will do business with them again.
