Worst experience returning items. Said they would be out to pick up the items and refund the last payment but never showed. Said they tried to contact someone as well but there is no history of missed calls or anything from them. They have rescheduled pick up twice and refuse to give a refund because we "used" the items for the time they were meant to be picked up. They just tried to charge me again and still have not showed up to pick the items up. They are thieves. Do not use this location for anything.

Before anyone sees anything else I want them to know that I have been a long-term customer 5+ years. Well I will say as of now I will never be a customer from this Baber's on pass road. They will tell you they will have something for you and you will wait two more days to receive it. Had a brand new dryer go bad in one month, they brought me a broken one took that back and brought me another one with a broken door that quit working within the week. Then they wanted to blame my plug even though I had an electrician look at it. And wanted to refuse to bring me another dryer without giving me a hard time. Absolutely the worst the customer service. Babers when it was on highway 49 was amazing. Now they are terrible I have that nothing but problems. Well I will let you know that this good customer is definitely gone and I know y'all don't give a crap. Also the GM is terrible. Maybe he could have the kahunas to actually call me instead of sending all your other people to call me And tell me crap excuses why I can't get a working dryer

I love them they are so friendly and kind and they are always willing to help and there furniture is the best I would recommend this place to everyone I know I couldn’t ask for a better place to shop in than here I wish I could give them 10 stars I definitely would 💚💚💚

I bought a scratch and dent model refrigerator from there as a cash and carry purchase waited 4 days was told it would be delivered on Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon when it still had not arrived I called and they said that they had actually rescheduled it for Tuesday and someone was supposed to call me. When I told them that no one had called me and that that was unacceptable they started saying that actually they weren't supposed to even provide delivery for a cash and carry sale and that I was extremely lucky they were going to do it at all! This came from the manager Charles McMillan. Extremely disappointed in his lack of customer service.

My wife and I have been getting all of our furniture and appliances from Babers since we moved here in 2003. The new staff today with Charles and Jeremy are very rude and nasty to the customers. I miss Roger Taylor he would really work with you and help any way he could. I will never enter this place again as long as these two are operating the store. Jeremy attitude is really bad and Charles thinks everything is funny when trying to get help from him. I'm going to clean the fridge I have now and have it picked up. I hate to do this and it's almost paid for but I would rather start over some place else(RAC) than to deal with the bad attitudes there now. Money was taken from my account without my permission and when I called about it, I was told it was nothing they could do but they could offer me a free week but the next week they were calling for a payment. When I went in to discuss this they act like neither of them offered the free week. I was very angry at the time and decided to leave without discussing it anymore. I'M DONE WITH BABERS AS LONG AS THESE 2 ARE STILL THERE. #BRING ROGER BACK #RAC HERE WE COME
