Worst experience ever!!!Purchases a new washer and dryer the dryer started making noise although it was still drying we sent to repair the noise cause we almost done paying on it, they sent a replacement dryer now they lost our dryer and won’t us to still pay the full price for the set😡but find us a used set out one of the stores.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any concerns. The manager at the Greenwood office is outstanding. She goes above and beyond to work with you, especially when it comes to payment arrangements. If you have any issues, she's more than willing to help find a solution. I highly recommend the Rent-A-Center in Greenwood for anyone looking for excellent service and a team that truly cares about its customers.

Everything is great online, but no one from the store contacted me about my order

Upon delivery of product , which was late, I noticed it was unclean and a shelf was missing although it was suppose to be new . I inquired with the delivery drivers and were told to contact store to see about the missing shelf. I made payments and inquired 3 weeks on the missing shelf . At first it was the manager forgetting to order the part . I contacted the store yesterday to follow up and spoke with the sales manager whom informed me that the manager stated that she would not order the part because that’s how the refrigerator came but on the pictures it clearly shows 3 shelves not 2 . I informed her that I would be contacting corporate because there’s no way that an inspection of the product wasn’t did to verify what was missing and to ensure that I’m getting what I’m paying for . It’s not hard to provide excellent customer service but it’s hard to keep customers .
