I purchased a sectional in April 2021. It is August and one arm of the sectional is falling apart. I paid 2000.00 cash, so now Aaron's is telling me SOL. Unacceptable. I have never had something like this happen. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I just retired and do not have 2000.00 to throw away.

Nice furniture in this store AND it was a PLEASURE to finally speak to Stephanie in the billing/sales department here. She changed my attitude about Aaron's service‼ Stephanie's customer service SKILLS were on point. This company can use more like Her. She cares about this company. As a returned purchaser, I love the company. NOW Rhonda the manager, she could use a refresh course of customer service training ❗
