Thank you Renee for assisting with my purchases. My bedroom looks great! Ricky and the other gentleman was a big help with getting the items loaded in my vehicle as well. Will definitely be back if I need anymore furniture.

Store Manager Ricky is rude and extremely inpatient. Not helpful at all like Megan or Rj. They are beyond wonderful. Do NOT deal with Ricky

I don't know who was running this place before, but I'm so glad they are gone! The new manager they have here is beyond exceptional! She has amazing customer service and is wonderful to work with!

UPDATE: THE NEW STORE MANAGER SHENAKIA IS DEFINITELY GETTING THINGS RIGHT AT THE LOCATION WITHOUT ANY HESITATION!!! SHE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Ordered on the 18th and still no delivery….too unprofessional… no call even confirming the order but when you 1 day late on a payment you receive call after call EVEN TEXT MESSAGES FROM EMPLOYEES ACTUAL NUMBER (personal phone) EVEN WHATSAPP NUMBERS ETC THREATENING AUTOMATIC PICKUP LOL!!! But when a CUSTOMER SPEND THEIR HARD WORKING MONEY ON YOUR PRODUCT WE DONT RECEIVE NO PHONE CALL CONFIRMING ORDERS OR DELIVERY! AND HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE WEEK AFTER PAYING FOR THE ORDER. That’s unacceptable and ridiculous. CONTACT MS MARY THE AREA DIRECTOR
