Ordered on the 10th of the month, paid for my first month. It's been 21 days and today I found out they canceled my order and told me wait another 10 days and go into the store and start a new lease. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, a PS5. They had them at the store the whole time but instead of working it out they did this to me instead. The worst experience I have ever had with a reputable business in my 48 years of living. Be warned.

I have been an Aaron's customer for appr 4 years and during this time I have purchased several appliances. Ms. Stephanie, the Asst. Mgr., is 100% top notch! This wonderful lady has gone way more then just above and beyond to help me in ways that is absolutely unheard of from a business! Among other things, when I had a horrible family emergency a couple of years ago, she managed to keep me in my contract and with my items as I slowly got back on my feet. I will never be able to say enough wonderful things about her. She is an absolute asset to this company and y'all are lucky to have her. SHE is why I have stayed with Aaron's for so long when I could have gone somewhere else! Thank you Ms. Stephanie for all you do and for all you have done! You are intelligent, compassionate, kind, understanding and an A#1 class act!

Ashley and Jordan make up the best Sales Team on the Gulf Coast….Bar None! Friendly, Courteous, Professional, and Prompt (pick your order). I’ve paid off 5 rental agreements in this store because of people like these extraordinary employees.

All the staff that I've dealt with have been friendly, and helpful, store has been pretty clean, and haven't had to wait long to get service. Prices are a bit steep everything else is good..... update it's not been several years that I've been doing business with this Arron's and have never had a single problem or bad experience, manager even went as far as to deliver one of my rentals himself after hours weather then making me wait for an available delivery date and that after making rental an hour before closing. Goes out of their way to work with me on getting some kind of deal even if one isn't currently being offered. Wouldn't think about doing any type of rental business with anyone else. Thanks for all y'all's awesome service.

I have some older, extended family moving to the area and I was worried about them getting ripped off while appliance shopping but I live in a different state. So I started calling around to different stores in the area that offer financing to get an idea of costs and reasonable pricing. The customer service from Aaron's was amazing. The woman I spoke with, Aliyah (sorry not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me price out a washer and dryer set plus informed me about the perks of free delivery (very convenient since my relatives won't be able to move anything on their own), no credit checks (helps protect them from scams and identity theft), and they will service the washer and dryer for the full 2 year lease if anything were to happen which gives me peace of mind knowing they won't be ripped off by a repair company either. She was extremely patient through all my questions and explained the process thoroughly. I feel very comfortable sending my family to Aaron's now knowing they're in good hands.
