I have been a customer here for over 20 years and have always had a great experience until this new manager. I went to store to buy a chair and asked her to order a queen size mattress for me. This was in early January and she told me it would be a week. I NEVER received a phone call or any notification that my mattress was in. The next thing I noticed is I am being charged for a mattress I NEVER received!! These two females that are running this store are very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. My account manager called me and was very rude and unfriendly. She just says, you missed a payment on Saturday. WOW!! NO friendliness to her st all!! I RECOMMEND YOU FIND A JOB CLEANING TOILETS BECAUSE YOU ARE AS LAME AS A TOILET!!! I will be doing my future purchases from another store. Not at all satisfied with these two women in charge of this store!!
After being a customer for 15 years the last year has been awful. Workers are rude, there is no customer service anymore. On 2 occasions delivery people wrecked stuff in our home. The last purchase will be our last there. Once stuff is paid off we will never be back.
Would not recommend buying through them. We were on auto pay and explicitly told them to have both our couch and bed set payment be taken out the same day every two weeks. well that only lasted about a month until they were tying to take payments out every week. Then we get a call saying we are behind in a payment and that they were going to try and come take the couch when we haven’t touched our auto pay at ALL and when we were on the phone with them we get put on hold only to hear an ad on how we should sign up for auto pay so we never forget a payment🙄 needless to say we won’t ever be buying through them again
I purchased a sectional sofa from here , the delivery guys were fighting inside my house the whole time . Damaged my wall and broke a shoe shelf ! One of them cut my couch in 3 spots with a exacto type knife .. they ended up giving me $250 off. For that problem.. Then they got a new manager (that was a joke ) she is so unprofessional and disrespectful!! I ended up getting a new couch…, continued my payments as normal. I just made my last payment last week and he told me I am all paid up the $250 will be coming off since I made my last payment.. I keep getting phone calls and messages about my Home Choice bill that is due I called today and the manager said she put the $250 back on there cause she gave me a new couch That is so wrong I was already paid off. How can you just add something back on there? I have been trying to get a hold of corporate. And they just keep sending my phone call back to her! I will never I repeat never shop at Home Choice again They need a real manager That can actually take care of their situations If anybody has any other phone numbers, I can contact I definitely take them.
Very dissatisfied with the customer service in Saint Cloud, I told them more than once that I was having knee surgery and would be out of work. Some of my items were damaged, when I received them. The employee that called me today hung up on me and was very rude. I won’t ever come back to Home Choice when I’m done. This is why I gave it a 3 stars.
