So I've been looking for tires for my jeep and didn't think I could get financed for tires let alone anything because of my credit. On top of that Home Choice associates put up with my indecisiveness not being able to decide to accept the financing. Then the offer/deal i was offered sealed the deal. $100 down with 6 months same as cash. I plan on having them paid off within that 6 months. No penalty for early pay off so basically paying retail but on a schedule and payment amount I can afford. So far I have zero complaints. If this goes good like I think it will I will be doing a lot more business with Home Choice of Rochester
The store manager at this location worked with me after losing my my job. I'm happy to leave this review. If ur in a pinch and need furniture, tech and appliances they will have u covered. Ask for John and he will take care of u. Thanks for the help.
John is so awesome. I was worried about my payment because I fell behind from having to not work for a month because of medical reasons. He worked with me to put my mind at ease and take away some of the stress from daily worries. Thank you John and home choice. John. You're the man.
Great place to build your credit. Not the greatest Quality Furniture just make sure you put insurance on everything you buy. I had to learn the hard way. But here's a few pictures of the furniture I purchased from them.
They suck- or at least the two imbeciles they sent to move our furniture were. We called to have them take apart one of our couches and move it to another location. The said they'd be there between 3 and 5pm. I waited for them for 2 and half hours. I had to leave because I had other things to do. We called a second time and rescheduled for another day. They showed up 2 and half hours late and then said they had to go back and fix a problem at another location because, that's how much they suck. They told me that they'd be back in 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into another hour and a half. If this wasn't public, I'd use some stronger language. To put it lightly, your employees are pitiful and your customer service is a joke.
