Following up on Erica's performance. This is the second time I've noticed some areas for improvement. Specifically, her understanding of job procedures and customer phone etiquette needs further development. Let's schedule some training to support her in these areas.
Whoever this Erica woman is, she is very disrespectful over the phone. Idk if shes a new hire or what. All around terrible experience with this particular account due to her unnecessary and unprofessional attitude. Ive been doing business with this store for almost 2 years now and have never missed a payment. On due days, she calls peoples references in a harrasing manner, acting like some sort of mob collector, and is incredibly rude and condescending to them, all before even attempting to contact the actual customer. I will likely be canceling whatever contract that I never signed because their printer wasnt working, and return whatever product they still have yet to even deliver 🤣🤣
Been good here for awhile now I got a lot of stuff at an affordable price just not all at once. Helped me build credit and get all the new stuff at the same time. Love the staff,theyre great people.
I’ve been to several locations all over the city and Erica and Melissa was everything I was looking for and some. My time is valuable I work a lot and how they had me in and out and addressed all my issues as if it was their own. They deserve a raise I’m a very proud customer here at home choice now that I made my purchase with these 2 beautiful educated women. 10 out of 10!! Would recommend!! Thanks ladies!
Had a scheduled delivery for a new couch yesterday that we were first told it would be delivered between 3-5pm then it went to 5-7pm, to the truck not coming at all and to top it off, no phone call to let us know.
