Most Garbage company I have ever dealt with. This store does not report to the credit bureau like they should, the home choice in crystal reported all my payments and the 4 times I paid off my items early. This store I waited an extra week to make 2 payments at one time when I swapped jobs and they were sitting outside my home like they were going to take the bed .. knowing their staff too lazy to install things the way they should but going to come repossess something that's not even a week late. They wonder why I don't answer the phone I don't have nothing nice to say it's so sad the company on crystal mn is such a amazing business and this place is trash.

Is Stuff marked up 3X retail value? Yes. However home choice offered a way I could build credit history letting me get my first score and then raising it 30 points. It's worked exactly for that in the way I intended. Staff are friendly and helpful, I've never been late, good customer service.

This place has gone way down hill. The delivery team hesitated to install and gave me the run around, then had to come back because they missed a part of the install. My first payment isn’t due yet and I’m getting delinquent payment texts . The product is good quality but about triple over an appropriate price. With how unorganized this process has been I’m not even sure it’s correct, but I’m on the hook🤷‍♀️

When buying my washer and dryer set from them, I told them that I was disabled and on social security and only get paid once a month. They "claimed" they put it on my account, but i continue to get phone calls and threats to repo my set. I told them several times that I try to pay at least once a month. My bill started at over $4,000, and now it's down to under $1,000 in a little over a year. I am paying what I can when I can, and still get harassed by Mike, Troy, and Jacob (Mankato store) DAILY!! I will never go here again and I have told several people to never deal with them!!! They harrass not only me, but anyone associated with me!!! My set will be paid off as soon as I am able to pay it off so I never have to deal with them again!!! They have caused me to stress out so bad my health has failed from it!!

Withing hours of putting an order I found no need for the appliance after all so told them I no longer needed their appliance, To cancel my order before I even got the appliance delivery and that I would like my down payment back since they never delivered the appliance. They said "We can't do that because it's used for restocking and it will hurt your credit". I gave more than they ask for the down payment, seriously if I would off given way more they would off seriously hurt my pockets more then they did. Really pathetic if you ask me! Should at least got 50% of my down payment or the difference between the initial down payment asked for then what it was given!
