If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I will be brief: this is the worst place I have dealt with. First red flag: Mr. Marcus Loving (manager) is a compulsive liar and disrespectful. The first red flag was when he talked about my hijab as a Muslim woman and said it was a helmet on my head. That was my mistake of even deciding to finance with these airheads. Secondly, they sent me broken furniture. The furniture has a five-year insurance warranty, which they did not fix. I dealt with this situation for over three months and demanded he get this out of my home. After I gave them several chances to fix it, they returned the sofa with black stains all over it after waiting almost two months for them to pick it up. I told him I would not make any more payments because I no longer wanted the merchandise, and it needed to be out of my home. After they retrieved the merchandise, the district manager tried to contact me as if I still had the merchandise and still owed payments. I reached out to him, and he didn't answer or respond to my voicemail. I told him in a voicemail that I no longer had the merchandise and that he had made a mistake. on January 9, I received a letter in the mail stating that I owed on the merchandise since October 29, 2024, when the manager, Marcus, told me that it was OK that I did not have to pay for it because I no longer wanted the merchandise. The letter was written on January 6, 2025 and again with his lies, he say oh you no longer in our system and I told him that the letter was just mailed to me and the date of the letter it was written I just hung up the phone. I just want these people to leave me alone and Stop reporting false information to the credit bureau. I will be taking further actions. Something has to be wrong with these people please I advise you stay away‼️. They sent me a text message to finance something else with them. Something has to be wrong with these people please I advise you stay away its a scam.

As a valued customer since 2006, I have had a positive experience with this location despite high interest rates and occasional late payments. While I have had to deal with aggressive collections calls from Tiffany, blocking her number has helped alleviate the issue( lol) Overall, I give this location a rating of 5 stars.

Worst decision ever made don't ever shop here even if your struggling. Find some other places to go Tiffany has horrible customer service and she's very disrespectful. We asked her to charge our card what we only could pay. She charge's the full amount. I'm definitely reporting everything home choice does. Very very bad customer service.

Tiffany is extremely rude, she was rude from the day I walked into their store and she's been rude over the past year ever since. I've never did business with Home Choice before or anything like this in general. I explained the situation to her about the washer and dryer, after everything was all said and done, I politely said "ok thanks" and she immediately hung up in my face because she didn't like the answer she was given. I will never do business with Home Choice again simply because of her. I'll never do business with any company like this if this is how they act. She really gives Home Choice a bad rep, there's no way your this rude to customers and I'll be reporting her to her higher ups!
