This place is ridiculous Roy the store manager is an absolute joke! I had been in the hospital (for quite sometime) called left messages sent text messages about my condition and what I was going through Roy was very insensitive to the issues I was personally dealing with. Roy is the most rudest person I’ve spoken with and the way he talks to a lady! I sent someone to make my payment for me and it was half of what was owed as it was all the person had and tried to explain they would be back in 3 days to make good on rest of the payment… it wasn’t excepted. Roy is definitely not manager material he does not know how to speak to people and didn’t get the chance to explain some issues I had with my furniture! Roy’s hurting your business and your numbers. I made a call to corporate and will not be referring anyone here at all!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Rent-A-Center. In October 2024, I received a used sectional covered in animal hair. Despite multiple calls and attempts to resolve the issue, it took three tries to get it properly cleaned. The first time, they sent someone with a vacuum cleaner, but it didn't solve the problem. I had an allergic reaction to the animal hair, and it took another call to get them to take further action. The second time, they used a special vacuum washer, but I was still experiencing itching from the furniture. It wasn't until the third attempt that they agreed to replace the furniture. To make matters worse, I was double-charged for the new furniture set. The communication at Rent-A-Center is abysmal. I've had to deal with multiple people, and each conversation has been a new exercise in frustration. It wasn't until four months into my rental that I was even told about the Rent-A-Center app. I've recorded multiple phone calls with various employees, and it's clear that there's a significant breakdown in communication among the staff. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I've received from Rent-A-Center, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The constant miscommunication, lack of accountability, and overall poor customer service have made my experience a nightmare.

Well it started off rocky then the manager an I got it figured out just , but the. Like always back fires in my face because someone ( not myself ) my co-signer wanted to LIE about something... So the manager wanted to pull the rental away from me ... Like I did something wrong ... I find the reason extremely unfair an wrong .. after I don't paid for the promotion an planed on paying it extra each payment to get the Electric Bike paid off faster BECAUSE I wanted to buy a few different ones from here ... But they just lost sales because the manager wanted to take someone else's choice to lie out on the wrong person ... I feel he should loose his management position. Due to he don't know how to handle difficult situations. . Fyi thanks, Jw

I went and got a couch and loveseat from this location. I told the store associate whose name is Josh to please set up my payments to whatever amount allowed me to pay it off in 6 months. He said he did just that. I made every payment on time and called around the 6-month mark to make sure my account reflected that I was nearing the end of payments. When I did this, I was informed that I was not and indeed had quite a bit of payments left. I informed that store associate that that was not what I was told by Josh when I first bought the furniture. I then received a phone call from Josh who stated it was his mistake and he entered or calculated wrong for my payments to reflect that it would be paid off in the 6 months. Due to this being his mistake he said that if I could just make x amount of payments to get it paid through what would've been the price had it been paid off in the correct time frame, that that would be good, and I'd be all set. As frustrating as that was because making those extra payments cut into my kids' Christmas, I did it anyway. Once I finished making those extra payments, I then called the store again and talked to Josh who said I was all set and removed my debit card information from the automatic payment system. A few weeks later I get a call for a missed payment. I explained the situation to whoever that store associate was and they said ok. Since then, they have been calling me almost every day with different associates saying I am behind on payments. The store manager named Roy also called and talked to me in circles explaining that I still owed a lot of money on the furniture, but he would take $250 and call it good. They are all a bunch of clueless scam artists trying to get money out of you any way they can, and I absolutely don't recommend coming to this place, especially this location!

Josh has been amazing in helping me with anything I need. He is friendly, positive, and greets me with a smile every time. I can rely on him to make my day when I have to come into the center or call with any issues or concerns.
