Aaron's

This is the second Aaron rent to own establishment I have visited and I don't see how this place is still in business. The first one was in Battle Creek and the staff was rude and unprofessional and informed me without anything being said that you had to be a customer for a lengthy period of time to qualify for anything. Make that make sense. This visit however to this location my daughter talked me into going and once again the staff were unprofessional not one of them even offered to assist or spoke to us after being in the store for a ten minutes. Needless to say we both decided this was all we needed to look for what we wanted elsewhere. I am amazed this establishment is open and even has paying customers. I recommend individuals check out Bobs furniture where you're greeted and your needs are met with reasonable monthly payments and excellent customer service.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Nigel, the General Manager, who provided exceptional customer service during my recent experience. From the moment he learned that the furniture I ordered could not fit into my apartment, he stepped in immediately and went above and beyond to help me find a solution. Nigel showed patience, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my situation, offered alternatives, and made sure I left feeling supported rather than stressed. His willingness to go the extra mile reflects the true meaning of great customer service, and his kindness made a challenging situation much easier for me. Employees like Nigel make a business stand out. His dedication and positive attitude deserve to be recognized and appreciated. Thank you, Nigel, for your outstanding service.

Aaron's in Portage MI are little behind. My wife and I went online November 11 2024 and purchased a lease and they offer same day delivery. I called 4 days later after receiving an email saying the washer had made it onsite and delivery should be within 1-3 days, so I called and Claudia I do believe is her name told me they were behind it won't be delivered until November 21st and I brought up concerns that my lease is due on December 1st and I would like it prorated since I do not have the product and I am on a lease for 10 days that I am not using. And she told me they couldn't do it and I just need to be patient. I called the corporate customer service number and the lady there told me the same thing that I need to be patient and that my lease was still due on the first of December. I think that is kinda dishonest and rude for them to not even try to make it right. I did call today and talked to Nigel and he said I was the 4th and last stop for delivery today by 3pm. I really hope Aaron's can this right. The lease is in my wife's name.

I've bought multiple items from this Aaron's. We have always had a good experience. If ant item needed a fix, they were fast to get it fixed as well as understanding. I've never really had a problem.
