The most helpful and friendly staff! They explain everything very well. I have bought several big purchases from them and they have quality items. Highly recommend when you need anything for your home and need to make payments. They always go above and beyond to help when they can. Highly recommend visiting the Oscoda location.
Very kind business. Understanding of circumstances. If you're someone who can't afford to go spend a couple thousand on a couch or a bed outright, this is a great place to get furniture. You don't need to be rich to have dignity here, to have a bed, to be treated like a human. I furnished my entire house through contracts with this business. They held me accountable if I was late, but they also worked with me to make it possible for me to pay. Recommend this place over most furniture stores - and they have more than furniture.

Everyone was friendly and polite and knowledgable. Worked with Paula, who understood my situation & with NO pressure, told me to take my time and let her know if she could help me , as I was leaving. I ended up calling back for a little more detailed info on the pieces I looked at & the options I had of purchasing. Decided within a few minutes of hanging up & called back to seal the sale. My piece was delivered the next morning and the guys were so careful & very friendly as they complimented my choice. I don’t think they left even one scratch in my walls. Thanks for a great experience there!!

Paula and Grant were amazing helped me so quickly and bundled and saved me a ton of money. Randy and Paul the movers were incredibly fast, pleasantly funny! And efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs furniture and cant move it yourself. They are wonderful!

Have never had a bad experience! Counter customer service and delivery was amazing today, if there is something you want and they don’t have it they will order it for you as well!
Grant and Paula were absolutely amazing and were able to find us exactly what we needed! 10/10 recommend going and talking to them for anything you need! Lots of great deals and can you believe they offer free delivery. We’re leaving very happy customers!
