In my opinion, worst Rent a Center location in the entire country because of Nick. He will talk to you and treat you like garbage if you miss a payment. I tried to set up a date to have the item picked up, while admittedly very late on payment, and he tried saying “no we’re coming to get the item Today boss.” Who is he to tell me when I’m going to hand over the item out of my own home?? Late by a day or late by a month, he works for a business and should uphold the standards of said business. Is it standard protocol for rent a center to treat the customer like they’re being shaken down? He treats the items as if they’re his personally and you owe him. I’m never shopping with rent a center again exclusively because of him. I’ve since taken my business to Aaron’s, I’m way happier.

I feel like I paid way too much money for a washer but the customer service from the Monroe store was excellent. Josh the manager was very accommodating.

Things have been great until an employee by the name Nick verbally disrespected me and my home but degrading and unprofessional stating "im mad I can't pay my bill " when the matter at hand was about references not payment. I will not be using this location again. He needs some customer service training.

They have Amazing staff. They Work with you and always find what you need/want. I have not had one bad interaction with them ever. I have been a customer for quite a few years now.

Called them the night before Christmas Eve looking for an Xbox and 15 minutes before they closed and they waited for me and got me in and out of there very fast, I am very satisfied with the whole process and prices! Will definitely continue to do business with them!
