I placed an order online for this Monroe store for a ps5 and I was denied but was still charged which I understand with credit checks and other aspects. Then after I was emailed I will be getting my refund to 5 to 10 business days so I wait. Nothing and I call the online support and the support teams tells me to call the store so I call the store no pick up. Later I wait another 2 weeks and call the store and the store tells me to call the online customer service. To sum up everything it’s been two months since I haven’t got my refund and I call every week to be patient and it looks like I can’t get help from the store nor online customer service ??

Crooks!! Bashum, the manager, tried to charge my account for a months charge a week after I returned my washer and dryer, claimed it was mistake but I have a feeling it's their busniess model. STEER CLEAR!!

We just got a new dryer delivered today and we're so thankful that our delivery tech actually ran the dryer to ensure it worked properly. It had an issue (a rattling noise) so he immediately got to figuring out the what and why and is repairing it now! Very good service and the payments are very affordable!

I ordered a washer and dryer online and I'm pretty sure this is the store it came from. The delivery/installation guys were friendly and professional. They ran into a problem with the install and went to the hardware store to fix the issue so that I could use my new appliances that same day. My payments are taken from every biweekly check, so I don't even have to think about another bill. Monthly cost is fairly low. Really good option for people who need appliances, or whatever, but don't have a stockpile of money sitting around. I'm really happy I went with this company and I'm so relieved to finally have a washer and dryer!

Very friendly. Always willing to work with you if your short one month or have to break up your payments. Willing to have any defective equipment/furniture repaired or replaced with the same product. Plus they report to the credit bureau so it's a great way to get what you need and raise your credit score.
