The store manager was extremely rude. He does not have any customer service experience and it's obvious. He should NOT be a manager at all let alone a store manager. He was judging me by the way I look and I don't appreciate that. Danielle was so nice and extremely friendly. She was so apologetic about the way her store manager acted. The store manager also went into work and took us off the delivery list because he ASSUMED we didn't get him all the info that was needed when we in fact, did. If you ever go here....do NOT go on a Tuesday and ask for Danielle. She's so nice.

Danielle is so nice and helpful. She went above and beyond for my husband and I. She immediately acknowledged us when we entered the store. She smiled, made eye contact and handled a complaint I had very well. She's very apologetic when things get out of hand lol.

Rent a center of midland I talked to Danyelle She was very rude when I asked for clarification before I even finished my question she would talk over me. she told me I was being rude to her and if I didn’t change my attitude I was getting hung up on. When I asked for her manager I was told she is number 2 in the building and he’s not coming to the phone. She’s extremely rude to my husband cutting him off and talking over him. Refusing to talk details about the product in question. She yelled at my husband saying he needed to pay to see if he can use the insurance. Very disappointed. My husband was a customer for over 7 years and the only time we’ve been treated this badly and we were guaranteed it wouldn’t happen again.

Excellent service from the first phone call. I called Rent A Center regarding renting furniture to stage a home for sale. The store manager was super helpful & informative. I knew an approximate cost, what to expect about timing and more just from our phone call. My visit to the store was great. All the staff was friendly and helpful and I found just what I needed. It was delivered so quickly and looks great in the house. The gentleman who delivered were very professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommoned!

I highly recommend them now they have a new manager that will work with u and that has awesome customer service. Very happy with the new people there :)
