RAC just hires anybody huh.. answering the phone half asleep, lying to customers and not doing your jobs, it doesn't get much more professional than that. I guess y'all pay your employees to stand there and look pretty lol

This store Manger like to scam people I paid my watch off 2 months ago and they still took out payment that I don’t even owe.This place has went down hill since new manger. I will never go here again …….

Ordered a washer online took the first payment and then turned around And said that you were not able to go through with the agreement when I called and asked on why not was told they’re not able to give me a specific reason which I don’t understand if it’s my money then went on to say she could not verify information that was given, but I don’t understand how when I gave her all the information and has been very rude the past week

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location since I was 18, and I can confidently say that Brian, the current store manager, is the best this store has ever had. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Brian keeps me informed about any available deals and ensures prompt next-day delivery. If I ever encounter an issue with a product, he resolves it immediately and professionally. I highly recommend this store—especially with Brian as the manager. His dedication and customer-first approach truly set this location apart.

They have the most rudest customer service ever. I got hung up on multiple times and got called a liar cause they couldn’t verify my information. They would tell me one thing but my co-applicant and boss something completely different. Refused to deliver my couch after I made an initial payment plus two more payments. Now they are refusing do refund me my money. I’ve never had problems with rent a center, and I’ve been going through them for years. I don’t know why I’m having such issues now. Do not go here!!!
