I have always loved Aaron's rental furniture I was a customer of theirs almost 20 years ago at that time I received gold standing so I am about to start my next lease with them and I am quite sure I will love the service the payments and the most definitely my furniture.

Here’s a harsher and more impactful version of your review to highlight the irresponsibility of Aaron’s Furniture in Lincoln Park: --- If I could give zero stars, I’d go even lower — maybe a negative ten. This has been the most appalling experience I’ve ever had with any business. The customer service is beyond rude — completely disrespectful and dismissive. But that’s not even the worst part. When their team came into my home, they broke a window — yes, broke my property — and despite countless calls and complaints, they’ve done absolutely nothing to fix it. It’s been over a year. One full year of waiting, being ignored, and treated like my concerns don’t matter. No accountability. No apology. No repair. Just silence and disrespect. This isn’t just unprofessional — it’s pure negligence. Aaron’s Furniture in Lincoln Park has shown me that they don’t care about their customers, their mistakes, or basic human decency. Avoid this place at all costs. You’ll regret trusting them.
