We're In Tents

I was on a job site using an American rentals bathroom when a truck pulled up. A man got out and started pulling on the bathroom door. I spoke loudly and said “someone’s is in here”. Regardless he continued to rattle the door and tell me to hurry up for all 6 minutes I was in there. I ended up calling their office to complain and the lady who answered the phone told me she knew exactly which worker it was. Like it happens all the time. She never apologized for the worker. She actually said “he service 80 Johns a day, so keep that in mind”

Absolutely DO NOT use this company. They sent us a trailer for our wedding (that had 175 people) knowing the pedal in the woman’s bathroom was sticking. The men’s toilet filled to the top with water about halfway through the reception causing that one to no longer work. Faucet in the men’s bathroom wasn’t working, and at one point neither bathroom could be used. We tried calling during and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. They are not willing to giving a refund that is acceptable because they are saying they don’t see these issues…. Even though they admitted to sending us a trailer with pedal that wasn’t 100%. They were more of an issue than a solution for our wedding and I don’t recommend.

We attended a wedding where a restroom trailer was brought in. It looked nice, but functioned very poorly. The flush pedal stuck and water was everywhere. One of the units quit working because a line was plugged with leaves and debris. When the bride complained to the rental company, and asked for half her money back, they refused. They gave her a portion of the cost and wouldn’t allow her to speak to a manager when she felt it wasn’t enough. Poor customer service, and a poor product.

Having a wedding tent from American Rentals made planning a pandemic wedding SO much easier! We felt much better about having an outdoor wedding and this company was great to work with. Emily was especially helpful! My favorite part about the whole thing was that they set up the tent and took it all down without bothering me a single time. They were on time and very efficient. I loved not having to think about it all as I was getting ready. Thank you so much!

Since my venue cancelled our booking two weeks before our wedding because of the current pandemic, we were in desperate need for rental equipment. I was referred here by a coworker and I'm sp happy they were able tp accommodate our last minute rental request. Emily was polite and quick to respond and i was able to secure what i needed. Jason was the one who finalized the order and he was grateful for the business considering their situation. Im grateful they were able to get me exactly what i needed and at a reasonable price. Very friendly and professional, i look forward to my wedding knowing we got one of the most important parts taken care of. I highly recommend and thank you!
