Garbage people. I have an account that I pay AHEAD on every month. But since my ex husband put me as a contact on HIS account the girls call me saying I'm behind on MY bill asking if I want to make it current. Get your shit together and stop harassing people who pay you ahead of time. Happy holidays π you guys are a bunch of clowns.
Have Called A Few Time's After 4 PM Today To Have A Xbox Serie's X Returned Before The 1 St And They Will Not Anser The Phone. It Ring's For Every Then Discounted's After 2 Minute's. Called Adren And They Picked Up Right Away. System Work's Great Unfortunately Just Got A New Car And The 100 Make's A Big Different But We Are Trying To Get It Back For A Full Refund ASAP. Now They May Have A Phone Issue Or Are Sort Staff So When Everything Is Resolved Ill Switch To 5 Star's. P.S The LG TV Work's Great And We Will Be Keeping It. Edit October 2, 2025 Was Ably To Reach Out 10 Minute's Before They Closed. They Will Be Out To Pick It Up This Upcoming Tusday At 10/12 PM. Lady On The Phone Said They Do A CRD Towards The LG TV We Have On The Account For The Next 3 Weeks And Make Sure We Only Pay For The TV Itself. After That's Been Fixed Ill Change My Revew And If I Have Any Issue's That Should Be Fixed Right Away Ill Reach Out But Hopefully Everything Will Be Resolved As We Just Paid On October 1.
The is some work going on in the mall parking lot. Just so yall knows about it. Aaron's looks great. Nice clean store, polite people. Great products you can rent to own. Kindly wish there was something we could do about the aarons sign poles , the sheet metal is all messed up.
After spending 6 grand on things at Aarons on West Ave over four years. I am done. I encountered an issue with a Nintendo Switch, and six different people at the store tell you something different. None of them will write down what is wrong, yet alone the error code it produces. Store didn't even turn on to see the error code themselves, even though they claim they did. They tell you to bring in so they can ship to Indiana where they fix things Wednesday to Wednesday. I dropped it of Tuesday night. Went in to pick it up the following Wednesday, and it never left the store. The store couldn't get the issue to duplicate so sat on their hand for a week. The store didn't bother to write the issue down, or call me which I was told they would to tell me they didn't fix it or send it to Indiana. I caught several members of their team lieing. One even tried to sell me another switch when I only had one payment left to pay on the Problematic Switch in question. Hopefully will see some justice with the regional manager.
Just about everything I own comes from Aaronβs, I am absolutely π― % a satisfied customer. Once I was in the hospital they worked with me. As soon as I pay something off which I have had many. I try to think π€ of something else I need lol. Going to a rent to own place, you pay Aarons one monthly payment instead of a big payment once a week. I absolutely love the choice pay it off same as cash. Fun, friendly customer service thank you π all so much Lori!!!!my fireplace/tv stand, my sofa, my recliner with massage /heat and my new dishwasher.
Alyssa went above and beyond to help my husband and I find our new dresser set. She was also able to get it in quicker than any other store in the area. Made payment and delivery a breeze. Weβll definitely make the trip back to Jacksonβs Aaronβs for future purchases. Thanks again Alyssa! Big thanks to the delivery crew as well, they were on time, polite and professional.
