The manager Mike is a nice guy does his best however that Sylvia is very rude I was promised a couch within a week of my purchase over 2 weeks ago and called today that my couch came in but can’t get it deliver until Monday. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful however Sylvia is very rude when I asked why they could make that a priority since we are trying to finish out furnishings of our home I get an attitude instead??? Very conflicted and would ask to talk to Mike instead of Sylvia very very rude.

So basically, I've been with them since January. When I moved into my apartment and I fell on hard times but anytime that I fell on hard times I let them know or made arrangements to make payments or made arrangements to make my payments work for me with their payment plan. So basically, every time you go in and if the head manager is not there, the little smart b**** Sylvia, get smart when he's not there and then I call to complain to the manager. And he knew about the situation he did not reach out and when I did reach out to talk to him, he threw up in my face every time I was late every time I said that I couldn't make a payment but I kept in communication with them and he liked me and told me he was going to order tires instead of him just saying that he didn't want to give me another account because I was not doing so good on my account. He also stated that he forgot that. When he took all my information and said that he was ordering the tires the day that I was in there. It's not the fact of them making a mistake. The the fact is, i'm planning your face and smiling in your face saying they're going to do something when they know in their heart that they didn't want to give you the account they could have just said that

Mike went above and beyond to accommodate the delivery. Document signing was easy. I’ve been a customer for years and own 3 pieces of furniture and just signed for a 4th. Very happy.
