Would give this store location 0 stars if I could, I’ve been a customer with them since 2018 and since then I’ve PAID OFF multiple items, since this pass year when this store got all new staff my experience has been horrible.the manager Jennifer is rude and don’t have good customer service skills at all, and another worker name Brandon is very rude as well, he argued with me instead of trying to solve the situation, again very poor customer service skills. I’ve asked to be transferred to another store location but they said I can’t. I’ve tried to reach out to the district manager and never got a call back, I never had a problem with this store in the pass,until the new people came. I will be returning my merchandise and NEVER doing business with them again.

Wow .. ok so my first review was apparently added to the question part so here it is again. Great customer service. and the lady were awesome to work with. Easy application process didn't feel rushed or pressured to purchase or rent anything. I even tried giving Chuck a hand setting up one of the displays and he wouldn't let me even tho he was short handed and had noone else to help. Overall MY experience at this RAC was real professional and the kind of service that all RAC, actually not just RAC all places should carry out their customer service this way. 5 ✨⭐⭐'s Recommended

Love my Rent a Center on Gratiot in Clinton Twp Mike the manager is wonderful to work with. I paid off my furniture and Bed and now I'm getting a tv and fireplace. Thank you Rent a Center for making it possible for me to have nice things.
