Waited in store for ten minutes before he could even get off his chair to acknowledge me. Very rude. Told me just go home do it online. Needed to furnish a new home and already had preapproved leasing power. Then I did the online order and they called saying it was canceled after 3 days 😂 don’t use this location

Rude and terrible customer service... I would definitely skip this location unless you like being talked to like crap and being hung up on. Lol other than that just a usual Aarons.

THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE IS RUDE DISRECTFUL AND WHEN HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE RESULT OR ISSUE WITH THE MERCHANDISE YOUR LEASING. TELLS YOU JUST TO RETURN EQUIPMENT AND VOID OUT CONTRACT. NICE WAY TO TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS.
