Willie and everyone there is so great!!! They really go above and beyond, they answer all questions and do the absolutely best they can do to help you get what you want. They are very kind especially Willie I’ve been with continental for a couple of years and I always leave so happy with my new purchases! I would highly recommend going to them for anything that you need, my aunt also is a customer there like me for many years and she always leaves smiling too 😁 They truly treat you like family with how caring they are, I would never go anywhere else because it’s so hard to find such hard, kind, patient, and good dedicated workers now days, and Willie and the other guys are top notch with everything they do!!
Continental Rental in Bad Axe mi, is very fast in and out services, kind and courteous, they greet you with a big smile and a cheerful welcome, and the manager Willie, is always available to hear and handle any complaints , concerns or questions, totally satisfied , I will be a returning customer.

Continental Home Center has the best and nicest people you'll ever meet in retail. For our Heritage Festival at Pointe aux Barques Maritime Museum, they delivered and picked up an 86" television that we used for presentations at the Festival. They would not accept a rental fee and said they were glad to help out our non-profit group. I experienced the same largesse when I was at the Bad Axe Library. Continental delivered and picked up TVs on several occasions when we had video game nights. Willie and his crew are incredibly generous, helpful and kind!!

Willie Hale is a very good sales person and explains everything and he is willing to work with you when you can’t make you payment. Alex Titus is a very good sales person and is easy to talk to on the phone and willing to work with you when you can’t make a payment. I think he should be assistant manager.
Very friendly when we went into the store. Made purchasing our couch easy, delivery was fast and they were great with setting up.
