I had an amazing experience with Aaron’s from start to finish. Sebastian was the first person who helped me, and he was absolutely incredible — knowledgeable, patient, and worked with me to get a great deal on the couch I chose. Delivery was fast, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything fit through my doorway, even with the tight space and tricky angles. I also want to highlight Joe, the general manager, who assisted me today. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful while processing my return. He made everything simple and stress-free, and I truly appreciated how understanding he was. Overall, this location has excellent customer service, honest communication, and a team that genuinely cares. I would absolutely recommend them!

I'm noticing that when i first got my couch i was told $680 cash price and if that was not paid it would be $900 due to it being there for a long time. During the delivery my walls got damaged and so did the couch. inner bar got broken and the ottoman was completely destroyed. After waiting months to reach out i spoke with someone who said the manager was gone and the new manager is not helpful. After that being said i went and called cooperate and the new manager reached out Claimed he would have someone come down and look out the couch i spoke with the person and they never got back to me. For the damage on my walls the old manager should have all the photos that is not my issue it was deducted from my rent in regards to repairs. Only needed to rent from here because i need the couch delivered next time ill just payout and pay someone to bring it up not worth this headache lol.

I rented washer/dryer and then a refrig for my mom. It was great until I needed to get new handles for my refrig. Been waiting I believe close to 3 years now for them. They sent me freezer handles instead. I returned twice and reordered refig handles. As of 4 wks ago I still don't have my refrigerator handles. Always an excuse about who owned the store. Never return my calls either. It was great to beable to rent like that but you do pay more and so far I wish I would if just gone to a store to buy it for her.

If I could give them no starts I would. This is literally the worst place to ever go to for furniture. My friend has been a loyal customer for YEARS. They called her and told her they need to pick up her tv for THEIR mistake. She pays monthly, not sure how they made this mistake but they called her claiming she owes a payment and need to confiscate her tv. Mind you, in all the years she’s been making payments there has never been ONE late once. The general manager here is absolutely horrible too. Didn’t help the situation at all and even after speaking to my friend and “resolving” the issue, they called her AGAIN for the same thing. I’m relocating and was thinking about going through Aaron’s to get new furniture but after this, I will never step foot in there. Absolute worst customer service and honestly a shame.

Very poor business.. delivery run very behind. I waiting and waiting which I have to cancel and push my appointment client back and then my client have to cancel on me. Because I was waiting for them to delivery my set of washer and dryer. When they come which I was late picking up my kids from school. Then not just that they didn't install the washer or dryer for me cause they don't have their tools and say they come in 1 or 2 hours that days which they never come back that days. I wait and wait then I call the store next morning and tell them what happen . Then all he say oh he didn't hear anything. Then he say he send someone out in 1or 2 days. Damn
